As a phlebotomy technician you are an important member of the clinical laboratory team. New diagnostic techniques, clinical laboratory technology and automated instruments have greatly increased the volume of - and demand for - medical laboratory testing and phlebotomy staff to meet the demand.
Prerequisites: CNA, PCA, Medication Aide, Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, Pharmacy Technician, LPN, RN or other healthcare certification
5 Days/Week for 2 Weeks – 40hrs Total Classroom/Skills
Post Requirement: Students must acquire additional hands-on experience (volunteer or paid)
Certification Years: National Exam at the discretion of student *Cost NOT included
